Rhomboid: Deeper then traps, powerful retractors and abductors.

Muscles of Musculotendinous cuff/Muscles that are part of shoulder socket:

S-Supraspinatus: Assists with abduction of arm
I-Infraspinatus; In back, causes lateral rotation of arm
T-Teres Minor: Same as infraspinatus, not as strong
S-Subscapularis: Weird, under ribs causes medial rotation of the shoulder

Movers of Shoulder Joint:

Deltoid: Shaped like Greek letter delta Δ
Anterior: Assists with flexion of shoulder

Review……………………………………………………………………………………..

Iyengar and religion can be disempowering

We are here to be empowered and eliminate the Gunas

Gunas from a humble perspective will always be Gunas

Gunas as your inner environment are not who you are

You are not responsible for Gunas. (Subconscious level)

Its how we respond or take Responsibility (NOT BLAMING OURSELVES) that matters

Respond by rebalancing harmony. This response is the measure of who you are
